摘 要:针对岩矿测试中传统手段无法直接获取岩心样品内部特定矿物颗粒的空间分布、含量等信息,文章利用不同密度的矿物对X射线具有不同衰减系数这一特性,研究了不同测定条件下黄铁矿、黄铜矿和沥青铀矿的灰度变化特征,并通过灰度特征确定了区分3种矿物的最佳测量条件。通过测定包括沥青铀矿在内的多种常见的单矿物灰度特征,研究了沥青铀矿对各种常见矿物的识别率。研究结果表明,除方铅矿、重晶石等矿物外,其余常见矿物对沥青铀矿的识别率优于95%。通过模拟岩心测定结果表明,X-CT技术对沥青铀矿识别结果与真实值基本一致。该研究对无损条件下直观了解岩心内部目标矿物的空间赋存状态以及为数字岩心提供了技术支撑。In view of the fact that traditional methods cannot directly obtain the spatial distribution,content and other information of specific mineral grain of rock sample,this paper studied the gray scale change characteristics of pyrite,chalcopyrite and pitchblende under different measurement conditions by using the characteristic that minerals with different densities have different attenuation coefficients for X-ray,and determines the best measurement conditions to distinguish the three minerals through gray scale characteristics.The identification rate of pitchblende to common minerals was studied by measuring the gray scale characteristics of common individual minerals including pitchblende.The results showed that except galena,barite and other minerals,the identification rate of other minerals refer to pitchblende was over 95%.The results of simulated core measurement showed that the identification results of pitchblende by X-CT technology are basically consistent with the true values.This research provided a technical support for intuitively understanding the spatial occurrence of target minerals in the core under non-destructive conditions and for digital core.
