摘  要:针对某1450冷连轧机组在轧制成品厚度低于0.6 mm的冷轧板时易出现不同于常规边浪缺陷的单边碎浪及双边碎浪的问题,结合现场生产实际和某典型规格产品工艺进行了非线性有限元轧制过程金属三维形变过程数值分析。首先,根据实际情况划分轧辊单元网格,并建立了连轧有限元模型。在此基础上,完成了典型规格产品1/2轧制有限元模型分析、冷轧各道次变形区有限元分析以及整个冷轧过程带钢的有限元分析。通过建立冷连轧过程中轧辊受力、变形以及带材变形情况模型,模拟了碎浪缺陷的形成过程,并研究了轧制工艺参数对轧制过程的影响。对仿真模拟实验结果进行了分析,得到与现场实际板形相同的双边碎浪板形缺陷。In view of the problem that unilateral crushed wave defects and bilateral crushed wave defects,which are different from the conventional edge wave defects,are easy to appear during the rolling process of cold rolled plates with finished thickness less than 0.6 mm by a 1450 cold rolling mill,the three-dimensional deformation process of metal of nonlinear finite element rolling process was nu-merically analyzed in combination with the actual production and a typical product process.Firstly,the roll element grid was divided ac-cording to the actual situation,and the finite element model of continuous rolling was established.On this basis,the analysis of the 1/2 rolling finite element model of product with typical specification,the finite element analysis of deformation zone of each pass cold rolling and the finite element analysis of strip steel during the whole cold rolling process were completed.Through the establishment of the model of the force and deformation of roll and strip deformation in the cold continuous rolling process,the forming process of crushed wave de-fects was simulated,and the influence of rolling process parameters on the rolling process was studied.The simulation experiment results were analyzed,and the plate shape of bilateral crushed wave defects,which are the same as the actual plate shape were obtained.
