摘  要:研究了进给比、芯模转速、旋压温度和坯料直径对GH3128高温合金薄壁异型曲面构件热旋成形质量的影响。结果表明,在给定参数内,随着进给比的增大,壁厚减薄量减小,但起皱程度增大。随着芯模转速的增加,壁厚减薄量增大,但起皱程度减小。随着旋压温度的升高,壁厚减薄量呈现先增大后减小的趋势,而起皱程度呈现先减小后增大的趋势。随着坯料直径的增大,壁厚减薄量和起皱程度都呈现出逐渐增大的趋势。综上,在给定参数内,进给比、芯模转速和旋压温度3种参数对壁厚减薄量和起皱程度的影响规律均呈现相反的变化趋势,而坯料直径对起皱程度和壁厚减薄量的影响变化趋势一致,因此为了得到较小的壁厚减薄量和起皱程度,进给比、芯模转速和旋压温度应该取参数范围的中间值,而坯料直径可在满足成形要求的前提下取较小值,据此确定了最优的旋压参数组合。The effects of feed ratio,mandrel rotate speed,spinning temperature and blank diameter on the hot spinning forming quality of GH3128 superalloy thin-walled conical parts with curved surface were studied.The results show that within the given parameters,with the increase of feed ratio,the wall thickness reduction decreases,but the wrinkling degree increases.With the increase of mandrel rotate speed,the wall thickness reduction decreases,but the wrinkling degree increases.With the increase of spinning temperature,the wall thickness reduction first increases and then decreases,while the wrinkling degree first decreases and then increases.With the increase of blank diameter,both the wall thickness reduction and wrinkling degree show a gradual increase trend.To sum up,within the given pa-rameters,the effect laws of feed ratio,mandrel rotate speed and spinning temperature on wall thickness reduction and wrinkling degree show the opposite trend.However,the effect of blank diameter on wrinkling degree and wall thickness reduction shows similar variation trend.Therefore,in order to obtain smaller wall thickness reduction and wrinkling degree,the middle value of the test range for feed ratio,mandrel rotate speed and spinning temperature should be chosen,while a smaller value of the blank diameter can be chosen on the prem-ise of meeting the forming requirements.Based on above analyses,the optimal spinning parameter combination was determined.
