摘 要:为获取高疲劳寿命、高生产效率的汽车底盘扭转连接件,针对零件轴线长、截面变化剧烈等问题,制定了压胀复合内高压成形工艺,并采用数值模拟分析了预弯高度、管坯直径和内压力对零件成形质量的影响。通过Box-Behnken Design设计构建了响应面模型,并进行了扭转连接件的压胀复合内高压成形试验。结果表明,模拟结果和试验结果基本吻合,均在预弯高度为24 mm、管坯直径为Φ44.95 mm、内压力为66.14 MPa时成形出合格零件,零件壁厚分布均匀,特征截面质量较好,验证了工艺的可行性和数值模型多目标优化的可靠性。To obtain torsional joints of automotive chassis with high fatigue life and high productivity,aiming at the problems of long part axes and drastic cross-sectional changes,a compression-expansion composite internal high-pressure forming process was developed,and numerical simulation was used to analyze the influence of pre-bending height,tube blank diameter and internal pressure on the forming quality of parts.The response surface model was constructed by Box-Behnken Design(BBD)design,and the compression-expansion composite internal high-pressure forming test of torsional joints was carried out.The results show that the simulation results are basically consistent with the test results,and the qualified parts are formed with the pre-bending height of 24 mm,the tube blank diameter ofΦ44.95 mm and the internal pressure of 66.14 MPa.The wall thickness distribution of part is uniform,and the quality of the characteris-tic section is good,which verifies the feasibility of the process and the reliability of multi-objective optimization of the numerical model.
