摘  要:针对弯道货车路侧防护现有护栏缓冲吸能效果不佳,导致车辆常出现侧翻危害的问题,提出一种新型车辆撞击防护结构。为证明该结构的可行性,利用LS-DYNA有限元软件对货车碰撞该护栏进行了仿真分析,并进行了同等条件的实车碰撞试验,从车辆运行轨迹、冲击加速度和结构损伤形态3个方面进行了分析。最后基于有限元仿真模型,对该新型防护结构、传统混凝土护栏和波形梁护栏进行了防护效果对比分析。结果表明,与传统混凝土护栏和波形梁护栏相比,提出的新型防护结构的导向性能、缓冲性能和防侧倾阻拦性能均有所提升,可为解决弯道等特殊防护需求路段大型车辆路侧防护提供新的解决思路。分析了设置转动机构对防护结构导向性能的提升效果,为该结构设计的关键因素提供了指导。Aiming at the poor energy absorption effect of the existing guardrails for truck roadside protection on curved roads,which often caused vehicle rollover hazards,a new-type vehicle crash protection structure was proposed.In order to prove that the structure is feasi-ble,LS-DYNA finite element software was used to simulate and analyze the crash of trucks on the guardrail,and real vehicle crash tests under the same conditions were carried out,and the analysis from three aspects of vehicle moving trajectory,crash acceleration and struc-ture damage form was carried out.Finally,based on the finite element simulation model,the protective effects of the new-type protection structure,the conventional concrete guardrail and the corrugated beam guardrail were compared and analyzed.The results show that com-pared with traditional concrete guardrail and corrugated beam guardrail,the guiding performance,buffer performance and anti-rolling per-formance of the new-type protection structure are promoted,which can provide a new solution idea for roadside protection of large vehicles on curved roads with special protection need.The improvement effect of setting the rotating mechanism on the guiding performance of the protection structure was analyzed,which provides guidance for the key factors of the structure design.
