摘　　要：本文运用势科学理论将流通势区分为显势和潜势。显势即流通产业规模势、技术势、效益势;潜势为流通产业制度势、关联势、创新势。然后,运用全局主成分法建立流通势的评价指标体系,以此对中国31个省市的流通势进行评价。结果显示,中国经济发展比较好的地区的流通信息势最强,经济发展一般和欠发展地区的流通信息势较弱。要想增强区域的流通信息势,必须通过扩大流通产业规模、提高流通产业的技术水平和流通效益,增加地区开放程度、提高流通产业的创新能力等途径来解决。This article uses the theory of potential science to distinguish circulation potential into apparent potential and latent potential.Manifestation refers to the scale,technology,and efficiency of the circulation industry;The potential includes the institutional potential,correlation potential,and innovation potential of the circulation industry.Then,the global principal component method is used to establish an evaluation index system for circulation potential,in order to evaluate the circulation potential of 31 provinces and cities in China.The results show that areas with good economic development in China have the strongest circulation information potential,while areas with average economic development and underdeveloped areas have weaker circulation information potential.To enhance the circulation information potential of a region,it is necessary to expand the scale of the circulation industry,improve the technical level and efficiency of the circulation industry,increase the degree of regional openness,and improve the innovation ability of the circulation industry.
