乡村振兴背景下青海省农牧民思想政治素养提升的对策研究

摘　　要：农牧民是推动乡村振兴战略实施的关键因素,决定着乡村振兴战略能否真正取得实效,其思想政治素养的状况会直接影响乡村振兴一系列政策的实施效果。提高农牧民的思想政治素养对于加快乡村振兴的实现步伐、如期实现我国第二个百年奋斗目标具有重大意义。当前农牧民对于自身思想政治素养提高必要性的主体意识不强,积极性不足;农牧区思想工作方法单一,缺少专业的思想政治教育人员。为此,要提高农牧民的思想政治素养、推进乡村振兴实施进程就必须要考虑并切实解决如上问题。Farmers and herdsmen are the key factors to promote the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,which determines whether the rural revitalization strategy can truly achieve practical results,and their ideological and political literacy will directly affect the implementation effect of a series of rural revitalization policies.Improving the ideological and political literacy of farmers and herdsmen is of great significance for accelerating the pace of rural revitalization and realizing the second centenary goal of China on schedule.At present,the subjective consciousness of the necessity of improving the ideological and poHtical literacy of fanners and herdsmenis not strong and their enthusiasm is insufficient;the ideological work methods in agricultural and pastoral areas are single and the professional ideological and political education personnel are not adequate.Therefore,in order to improve the ideological and political literacy of farmers and herdsmen and promote the implementation process of rural revitalization,we must consider and effectively solve the above problems.
