摘 要:将两种不同硫化体系的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)硫化胶置于质量分数为10%的盐酸(HCl)溶液中,通过质量、交联密度、力学及表面性能变化,结合红外光谱分析探究其在酸性介质中的老化行为。结果表明,硫磺硫化体系的EPDM硫化胶的交联密度、拉伸强度及300%定伸应力均比过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)硫化体系高,但DCP硫化体系的耐酸性较好;DCP含量的增加能有效提高EPDM硫化胶的交联密度与力学性能,同时也会导致EPDM硫化胶表面极性增加,而硫磺硫化体系下加入防老剂可有效抑制其在酸性条件下老化后期的交联过程和表面极性的增加。In this paper,EPDM with two different vulcanization systems was placed in 10%HCl solution to investigate the aging behavior of EPDM in acidic medium by quality,cross-linking density,mechanical and surface properties changes,combining with infrared analysis.The results showed that the crosslinking density,tensile strength and 300%stress at a given elongation of EPDM rubber of sulfur vulcanized system were higher than those of dicumyl peroxide(DCP)vulcanized system,but the acid resistance of DCP vulcanized system was better.The crosslinking density,mechanical strength and surface polarity of EPDM vulcanizate were increased effectively with the increase of DCP content.The addition of anti-aging agent can effectively inhibit the cross-linking process and the increase of surface polarity of EPDM in the late aging stage under acidic conditions.
