摘  要:以正己烷为溶剂,分别以硫酸、对甲苯磺酸为催化剂对丁基橡胶进行原位环氧化改性,考察了催化剂用量、反应温度、反应体积以及原料的配比对环氧化反应的影响。结果表明,两种酸均有明显催化作用,此外,温度提高和体系放大均可提升反应速率。在此基础上确定出合成环氧化丁基橡胶的反应条件,并制备出环氧化度达到96%以上的环氧化丁基橡胶。The in-situ epoxidation of isobutylene isoprene rubber was performed with n-hexane as the solvent and sulfuric acid and p-toluenesulfonic acid as the catalysts,respectively.The effects of catalyst dosage,reaction temperature,reaction volume and the ratio of raw materials on the epoxidation reaction were investigated.The results showed that both two acids had significant catalytic effects.In addition,the reaction rate could be improved by increasing the temperature and reaction volume.On this basis,the reaction conditions for the synthesis of epoxidized isobutylene isoprene rubber(EIIR)were determined,and EIIR with an epoxidation degree of more than 96%was prepared.
