摘 要:以反式聚异戊二烯(TPI)为基体,通过加入有机黏土(OC),改变加工方式研究复合材料的结晶性能。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)与差示扫描热量仪(DSC)对复合材料的结晶情况进行表征。结果表明,在复合材料中有结晶存在,且不同加工方式下材料的结晶情况不同;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料的拉伸断面进行扫描测试,发现材料断面结晶颗粒分布均匀,不同加工方式对材料断面形貌影响不大;透射电子显微镜(TEM)表明,OC可以在体系中均匀分散。The crystalline properties of the composites were studied by adding organic clay(OC)and changing the processing method using trans-polyisoprene(TPI)as the matrix.The crystallization of the composite was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results indicate that the composite material contains crystals,and the crystallization of the material varies under different processing methods.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to test the tensile section of the composite.It was found that the crystalline particles were uniformly distributed on the material section,and the effect of different processing methods on the material section morphology was not significant.transmission electron microscopy(TEM)showed that OC could be uniformly dispersed in the system.
