摘 要:采用正交实验的方法研究了硫化工艺条件对井下密封用碳纳米管/炭黑增强四丙氟橡胶材料的力学性能、高温原油老化性能和热氧老化性能的影响。结果表明,增强型四丙氟橡胶的最佳硫化工艺参数组合为:硫化时间为40 min,硫化温度为155℃,锁模压力为8 MPa。在优化工艺条件下,120℃的原油浸泡老化672 h后,增强型四丙氟橡胶的拉伸强度高于20 MPa,扯断伸长率高于190%,可满足封隔器胶筒用橡胶的强度需求。A series of carbon nanotube/carbon black reinforced tetrapropylene fluororubber(FEPM)compounds for downhole sealing were prepared in this paper.The influence of curing parameters on the mechanical properties and aging properties of high-temperature crude oil was studied by orthogonal test.The optimum combination of curing parameters for the reinforced FEPM compound was determined.The curing time,curing temperature and clamping pressure were 40 min,155℃and 8 MPa,respectively.After aging for 672 h,the tensile strength of reinforced tetrapropylene fluororubber was 20.92 MPa,and the elongation at break was 192%under the condition of crude oil immersion at 120℃,which could meet the strength requirements of rubber for packer rubber cartridge.
