摘 要:采用差示扫描量热分析、扫描电子显微镜、比表面积分析、凝胶渗透色谱分析、正己烷提取物等方法对比分析了三种Hostalen淤浆工艺生产双峰聚乙烯粉料的结构、形态,并研究了聚乙烯粉料粉体流动性的影响因素。结果表明,三种粉料的流动性顺序依次为HDPE-1>HDPE-2>HDPE-3;进一步研究发现,HDPE-3粉料颗粒的外表面有大量毛线状聚合物聚集分布,内部微观结构更为致密,且正己烷提取物含量较高,是致使其流动性差的主要原因。DSC,SEM,BET,GPC and other methods were used to characterize the structure,morphologies and fluidity of three type bimodal polyethylene raw materials(HDPE-1,HDPE-2 and HDPE-3)that produced by Hostalen slurry process,and the factors affecting the fluidity of polyethylene powder were further studied.The results showed that the powder fluidity of HDPE-3 was worse than those of HDPE-1 and HDPE-2.The main reason for poor fluidity was a large amount of lanate polymer aggregation/distribution on external surface of HDPE-3 polymer,and the internal microstructure was more compact.Besides,the highest content of hexane extract of HDPE-3 polymer among three bimodal polyethylene was another reason for poor fluidity.
