摘 要:为了提高双向开关变换器的本质安全特性,并实现大功率,低纹波电压,同时减小开关电源的体积与成本,将交错并联磁集成技术引入到双向Buck/Boost变换器电路中,建立了一种本质安全型交错并联磁集成双向DC/DC变换器拓扑图,从Buck变换器模态和Boost变换器模态两个方面,分析磁耦合对于纹波电流的影响,并通过对耦合系数取值的研究,使其达到电气特性和本安特性最优,得出两模态下等效电感和内部本质安全等效电感。推出了双向交错并联磁集成变换器本安判据,最后通过仿真验证了理论分析的正确性。In order to improve the intrinsic safety characteristics of bi-directional switching converter and realize high power and low ripple voltage,the interleaved parallel magnetic integration technology is introduced into the intrinsically safe bi-directional buck/boost converter circuit in this paper,and a topology of intrinsically safe interleaved parallel magnetic integrated bi-directional de/de converter is established.Its electrical characteristics and intrinsic safety characteristics are analyzed from two aspects of buck converter mode and boost converter mode,The equivalent inductance and internal intrinsic safety criterion under two modes are obtained,and compared with the traditional single channel converter under the intrinsic safety characteristics.The analysis shows that the interleaved magnetic integrated converter has strong electrical performance.Finally,the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation.
