摘　　要：以厚度0.25 mm的波纹翅片为研究对象,确定了其成形工艺,并设计了级进模,模具可实现1~12列任一列直线切断,通过气动、电控装置实现间歇性横切切断,满足不同片形的生产需要;利用Dynaform对拉深工序进行有限元模拟,模拟的翅片无起皱、破裂等缺陷。经实际试制表明:模具结构合理,翅片成形良好,为类似翅片成形提供参考。Taking a waving fin with a thickness of 0.25 mm as the research object,its forming pro⁃cess was determined,and the progressive die was designed.The die could realize linear cutting of any column from 1 to 12,the intermittent cross cutting was achieved by the pneumatic,electronic control device to meet the production needs of different sheet shapes.Dynaform was used for fi⁃nite element simulation of drawing process,and the simulated fin had no wrinkles and cracks.The actual trial production showed that the die structure was reasonable and the fin forming was good,which provided reference for similar fin forming.
