摘　　要：以连接器屏蔽片弹簧为研究对象,介绍了零件的成形工艺,分析了屏蔽片弹簧成形时的变形原因,发现冲孔工序取件和材料回弹导致其变形,根据生产经验采取回弹补偿及增加整形工序的措施解决了变形问题。经生产实践验证:整形后的屏蔽片弹簧无变形,尺寸满足设计要求,提升了零件合格率。Taking the connector shielding flat spring as the research object,the forming process of the parts was introduced,the reasons for the deformation of the shielding flat spring were ana⁃lyzed,and it is found that the deformation was caused by picking up the parts in the punching pro⁃cess and the springback of materials.According to the production experience,the deformation problem was solved by taking measures of springback repair and adding the sizing process.The production practice had verified that the shielding flat spring had no deformation after sizing,the size met the design requirements,and the qualified rate of parts was improved.
