摘　　要：对洗衣机端盖结构进行分析,设计了1副热流道进浇、两板模的注射模。模具采用顺序阀控制3点进浇的热流道浇注系统;为了不影响模板的强度,采用单边T形槽滑块;冷却系统采用水井水路与直通水路相结合的方式,有利于保持模具温度的均匀性。模具经实际生产验证,结构合理,脱模动作稳定可靠,成型塑件的质量达到了使用要求。The structure of the washing machine end cover was analyzed,and an two-plate injec⁃tion mould with hot runner was designed.The mould adopted the hot runner gating system with three gates controlled by sequence valve.In order not to affect the strength of the mould plate,a single T-shaped groove slider was used.The cooling system adopted the combination of water well and straight waterway,which is beneficial to keep the mould temperature uniform.The mould had been verified by the actual production the the structure was reasonable,the demoulding action was stable and reliable,and the quality of the moulded parts had reached the use requirements.
