摘　　要：介绍了某汽车空调风门的注射模设计,针对成型塑件为板状带铰链和锥齿轮结构,模具采用1模4腔结构,使用侧浇口的浇注系统,设计了塑件推出时切断侧浇口凝料的机构。实践证明:设计的模具结构合理,动作可靠,满足生产要求,可为成型同类塑件的模具设计提供参考。The design of injection mould for the automobile air conditioner damper was intro⁃duced.The moulded plastic parts were plate shaped with hinge and bevel gear structure,the mould with four cavities adopted the gating system of side gate,the mechanism of cutting off side gate curing plastis when the plastic part was ejected out.The practice had proved that the mould struc⁃ture was reasonable,reliable the action was reliable,and it met the production requirements,which could provide a reference for the mould design of similar plastic parts.
