摘　　要：汽车高光立柱采用特性较脆的PMMA材料,在剪切浇口凝料时塑件浇口位置容易被剪伤及爆裂,运用模内热切浇口凝料技术,降低人工剪切浇口凝料导致的不良率。经实际生产验证,成型塑件的尺寸精度、外观高光要求均满足客户要求,注射成型工艺过程稳定可靠,可满足大批量生产需求。The PMMA material with relatively brittle characteristics was used in the automotive highlight pillar,the gate position of the plastic part was easy to damage and burst when gate curing plastic was cut,the technology of in-mould hot cutting gate curing plastic was applied to reduce the reject ratio caused by manual cutting curing plastic.Through the actual production verifica⁃tion,the dimensional accuracy and appearance highlight of the plastic parts met client require⁃ments,injection moulding process was stable and reliable,which could meet the needs of mass production.
