摘 要:公共厕所是城市文明的名片,其布局与数量配置的合理性是市级国土空间规划审查要点之一。运用GIS空间分析法,采用网络大数据并参照公共厕所相关技术规范标准,对徐州中心城区公共厕所进行优化布局,结果表明:(1)徐州中心城区现状公共厕所数量缺口约155座,质量以二类和三类公共厕所为主;(2)36.8%的区域可在500 m内找到公共厕所,39.47%的区域达到最近的公共厕所距离超过1 000 m,大部分区域公共厕所服务范围过大,人流密度与公共厕所空间分布不匹配,出现了“高密度,稀公共厕所”“低密度,密公共厕所”的现象;(3)从规划常住人口、建设用地总量及用地性质的维度“保障量”,并通过改造拆除提档升级“提升质”,根据多角度选址方法“优布局”。Public toilets are the calling card of urban civilization,and the rationality of their layout and quantitative configuration is one of the key points of the review of municipal-level territorial spatial planning.Using the GIS spatial analysis method,network big data and public toilet-related technical specification standards,the layout of public toilets in Xuzhou's central urban area was optimised,and the results showed that:(1)There is a shortfall of about 155 public toilets in the current situation in Xuzhou's central urban area,and the quality is dominated by Class II and Class III public toilets;(2)36.8%of the areas can find public toilets within 500 metres,and 39.47%of the areas The distance to the nearest public toilet is more than 1000 metres,and the service area of public toilets in most areas is too large,with a mismatch between the density of pedestrian flow and the spatial distribution of public toilets,resulting in the phenomenon of“high density,scarce public toilets”and“low density,dense public toilets”.(3)“Safeguard quantity”from the dimensions of the planned resident population,the total amount of land for construction and the nature of the land,“improve quality”through renovation,demolition and upgrading,and“optimize the layout”based on a multi-angle site selection method.
