切脉针灸治疗肝郁脾虚型突发性耳聋的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察79例肝郁脾虚型突发性耳聋患者在切脉针灸治疗前后听力、言语识别率,以及其在降低患者交流恐惧程度和提高患者交流能力的影响,探讨切脉针灸在突聋患者纯音听阈、言语识别率及实际交流能力的临床价值。方法 采用随机数字表法将受试者随机分为2组,其中试验组(39例,43耳)为切脉针灸组,对照组(40例,45耳)为普通针刺组。所有受试者在治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后进行纯音听阈测定、言语识别率测定检查,填写CPA、PRCA-24量表;观察两组之间的疗效差异。结果 治疗4周后切脉针灸以及普通针刺均能有效改善患者的交流能力以及缓解交流恐惧程度,并且切脉针灸优于普通针刺(P<0.05)。结论 基于目前数据分析,说明切脉针灸在改善患者听力、言语识别率,以及降低患者交流恐惧程度和提高患者交流方面有较优的作用。Objective To observe the hearing and speech recognition rate of 79 patients with sudden deafness of liver depression and spleen deficiency before and afterpulse-taking acupuncture treatment,and to explore the clinical value of pulse-taking acupuncture on pure tone hearing threshold,speech recognition rate and actual communication ability of patients with sudden deafness.Methods The subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups by the method of random number table.The experimental group(39 cases,43 ears)was thepulse-taking acupuncture group,and the control group(40 cases,45 ears)was the ordinary acupuncture group.Before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,all subjects were tested for pure tone hearing threshold and speech recognition rate,and filled in CPA and PRCA-24 scales.The difference in efficacy between the two groups was observed.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,both the pulse-taking acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture could effectively improve patients’communication ability and relieve the degree of communication fear,and the pulse-taking acupuncture was superior to ordinary acupuncture(P<0.05).Conclusion Based on the current data analysis,it shows that pulse-taking acupuncture has a better effect on improving patients’hearing and speech recognition rate,reducing patients’fear of communication and improving patients’communication.
