摘 要:针对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)自重大、易收缩开裂的问题,通过使用不同预湿程度的陶砂以及不同种类和掺量的膨胀剂制备轻质UHPC,研究了陶砂与膨胀剂对轻质UHPC工作性能、力学性能和体积稳定性的影响。结果表明,随着陶砂预湿程度的增加,轻质UHPC的工作性能及强度逐渐提高,收缩变小,对陶砂进行预湿处理能够增强内养护效果;HCSA膨胀剂的膨胀效果最好,最佳掺量为6%。通过预湿陶砂的内养护效应和膨胀剂的补偿收缩的协同作用可以显著降低轻质UHPC的收缩。To address the problems of self-reliance and shrinkage cracking of lightweight ultra-high-performance concrete(UHPC),the effects of ceramic sand and expander on workability,mechanical properties and volume stability were investigated by preparing lightweight UHPC with different pre-wetting degrees of ceramic sand and different types and doses of expander.The results showed that the workability of lightweight UHPC improved,strength increased and shrinkage became smaller as the pre-wetting degree of ceramic sand increased,and the pre-wetting treatment of ceramic sand could enhance the internal curing effect.The best expansion effect on lightweight UHPC was achieved by using HCSA expansion agent with an optimum dosing of 6%.The shrinkage of lightweight UHPC can be significantly reduced by the synergistic effect of the internal curing effect of pre-wetted ceramic sand and the compensating shrinkage of the expansion agent.
