摘 要:研究了矿物添加剂和化学添加剂对C50水下不分散混凝土扩展度、强度、抗水分散性能和氯离子固化性能的影响。结果表明,硅灰、偏高岭土可提高混凝土的强度、氯离子固化性能及抗水分散性能,但会降低混凝土的扩展度;降黏增强剂可提高混凝土的扩展度、强度、氯离子固化性能及抗水分散性能;UWB-Ⅱ可显著提高混凝土的抗水分散性能,但会降低混凝土的扩展度、强度和氯离子固化性能。采用5%硅灰+5%偏高岭土+15%降黏增强剂完全取代粉煤灰,外掺2%的UWB-Ⅱ时,混凝土的性能较优,扩展度为450 mm,28 d陆上、水下抗压强度分别为62.8、60.9 MPa,水陆强度比为97%,悬浊物含量为101 mg/L,氯离子固化率为60.4%。The influence of the mineral and chemical additives on the expansion,strength,water dispersion resistance and chloride ion curing performance of C50 underwater non-dispersible concrete was studied.The results show that silica fume and metakaolin can improve the strength,chloride ion curing performance,and the water dispersion resistance of concrete,but reduce the expansion degree of concrete.The viscosity reducing and strengthening agent can improve the expansion degree,the strength,the chloride ion curing performance,and the anti-water dispersion property of concrete.UWB-Ⅱcan obviously improve the water dispersion resistance of concrete,but reduce the expansion,strength and chloride ion curing rate of concrete.When the fly ash is replaced by 5%silica fume,5%metakaolin and 15%viscosity-reducing strengthening agent,and the addition of 2%UWB-Ⅱ,the concrete performance is relatively better,at the same time,the expansion degree of concrete is 450 mm,the strength on land is 62.8 MPa at 28 days,the strength under water is 60.9 MPa at 28 days,the water-land strength ratio is 97%,the suspended matter content is 101 mg/L,and the curing rate of chloride ion is 60.4%.
