摘 要:为研究超细石灰石作为混凝土掺合料的技术可行性,将超细石灰石粉以一定比例替代部分水泥和矿粉制备机制砂混凝土,研究超细石灰石粉和矿粉复掺比例对机制砂混凝土工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能的影响,确定超细石灰石粉和矿粉复掺的最佳掺量。研究表明:在机制砂混凝土中适量掺加超细石灰石粉和矿粉可以改善混凝土的工作性能、提高混凝土的抗压强度和耐久性能。当超细石灰石粉掺量在20%~25%、对应矿粉掺量在15%~10%时,混凝土的抗压强度和耐久性能较好,28 d抗压强度为68.1~68.5 MPa,渗水高度为12.27~14.85 mm,碳化深度为0,28 d干燥收缩率为223.7×10^(-6)~242.2×10^(-6)。In order to study the technical feasibility of ultra-fine limestone as concrete admixture,ultra-fine limestone powder is used to replace part of cement and mineral powder to prepare machine-made sand concrete,and the effect of the proportion of ultra-fine limestone powder and mineral powder on the working performance,mechanical properties and durability of machine-made sand concrete is studied,and the optimum mixing amount of ultra-fine limestone powder and mineral powder is determined.The research shows that the workability,compressive strength and durability of concrete can be improved by adding superfine limestone powder and mineral powder in machine-made sand concrete.When the content of ultra-fine limestone powder is 20%~25%and the content of mineral powder is 15%~10%,the compressive strength and durability of concrete are good,the 28 d compressive strength is 68.1~68.5 MPa,the water seepage height is 12.27~14.85 mm,the carbonization depth is 0,and the 28 d dry shrinkage is 223.7×10^(-6)~242.2×10^(-6)。
