摘 要:采用300、500、700、850℃煅烧后的凹凸棒土替代部分水泥,研究了不同煅烧温度的凹凸棒土替代率对聚合物改性水泥砂浆性能的影响。结果表明,聚合物改性水泥砂浆的稠度随着凹凸棒土替代率的增加而下降,但是煅烧温度的升高有助于减小这种影响,凹凸棒土煅烧温度达到700℃及以上且替代率在15%以内时,对砂浆的抗折及抗压强度、拉伸粘结强度、抗吸水性改善效果较为明显;煅烧凹凸棒土能够提高砂浆的体积稳定性,但煅烧温度达到500℃时,继续升高温度对砂浆干缩率的改善效果有限。In this paper,attapulgite calcined at 300,500,700,850℃was used to replace part of cement,and the effects of attapulgite calcined at different temperatures on the properties of polymer-modified cement mortar at different substitution rates were studied.The results show that the consistency of polymer-modified cement mortar decreased with the increase of the substitution rate of attapulgite,but the increase of calcination temperature was helpful to improve this effect.In addition,when the calcination temperature of attapulgite was 700℃or above and the substitution rate was less than 15%,the flexural and compressive strength,tensile bond strength and water absorption resistance of mortar were obviously improved.Calcining attapulgite can also improve the volume stability of mortar,but when the calcination temperature was 500℃,the improvement effect was not very obvious.
