摘 要:研究了一种用于砂化白云岩防渗处理的高致密灌浆材料,该材料具有价格成本低、可灌性好、固结后固结体力学性能优良等特点。通过对高致密灌浆材料中固化剂(酸酯)、乳化剂、偶联剂等组分对材料性能的影响,得到最优配比下高致密灌浆材料的浆液初始黏度为20~35 mPa·s,胶凝时间控制在32~48 min,固结2 h压缩强度为1.4 MPa,固结体抗压强度为2.0~3.0 MPa。通过提取砂化白云岩试样在室内开展的一维模拟试验表明,高致密灌浆材料有较好的可灌性,灌后固结体渗透系数较低,固结体的7 d抗压强度大于3.0 MPa。A kind of high density grouting material used for the anti-seepage treatment of sandy dolomite is studied.The material has the characteristics of low cost,good groutability,and good mechanical properties of the consolidated body after consolidation.Through the influence of curing agent(ester),emulsifier,coupling agent and other components in the high density grouting material on the material performance,the performance indexes of the high density grouting material under the optimal ratio are obtained:initial viscosity of grout:20~35 mPa·s,the gelling time is controlled to be 32~48 min,the compressive strength after 2 hours of consolidation is about 1.4 MPa,and the compressive strength after 28 days of consolidation is 2.0~3.0 MPa.A one-dimensional simulation test was carried out in the laboratory by extracting sandy dolomite samples.The data shows that the high-density grouting material has good groutability,the consolidated body after grouting has low permeability coefficient,and the compressive strength is greater than 3.0 MPa.
