摘　　要：寰枢椎复合骨折是临床较少见的复杂骨折,是一种急性损伤,可能会导致患者神经损伤甚至死亡。寰枢椎复合骨折的治疗主要分为保守治疗和手术治疗,保守治疗包括颈托、Halo支架和胸枕颌(SOMI)支具;手术治疗主要包括颈椎前路固定和颈椎后路固定。本文对寰枢椎复合骨折治疗的相关文章进行综述,为此类骨折选择正确的治疗方法提供参考。Adult atlantoaxial complex fractures,an acute injury which is rare in clinic,may lead to neurological damage or even death.Their current treatments can be conservative or surgical.The conservative treatment may involve collar bracket,Halo bracket,and sterno-occipital mandibular immobilizer(SOMI)while the surgical treatment mainly involves anterior cervical fixation and posterior cervical fixation.This review expounds on the current literature concerning the treatment of adult atlantoaxial complex fractures so as to provide reference for correct choice of treatment methods for this kind of fractures.
