摘　　要：社区康复作为一种社区整体发展战略,其目的是使残疾人、慢性病患者、老年人等得到康复服务,以实现尽快回归家庭、充分参与社会生活的目标。因其具有覆盖面广、方便、灵活等特点,已经成为我国社区建设和康复事业中不可或缺的组成部分。文章通过文献梳理,结合国内外社区康复发展现状及特点,分析我国社区康复发展面临的问题和挑战,为社区康复事业的发展提供参考。Community rehabilitation,as a whole community development strategy,aims to enable the disabled,patients with chronic diseases and the elderly to receive rehabilitation services,so as to achieve the goal of returning to the family as soon as pos⁃sible and fully participating in social life.Because of its wide coverage,convenience and flexible rehabilitation,it has become an in⁃dispensable part of community construction and rehabilitation in China.Through the literature and the status and characteristics of community rehabilitation development at home and abroad,the paper analyzes the problems and challenges facing the development of community rehabilitation in China,so as to provide reference for the development of community rehabilitation.
