摘　　要：目的:分析2018年甘肃省会宁县恶性肿瘤发病与死亡情况。方法:根据恶性肿瘤登记资料分析会宁县恶性肿瘤的发病率和死亡率,主要癌种的发病和死亡构成,计算中国标准人口发病率/死亡率(以下简称中标发病率/死亡率)和世界标准人口发病率/死亡率。结果:2018年,会宁县新发恶性肿瘤病例1 237例,发病率为308.03/10万,中标发病率为198.44/10万,男性中标发病率高于女性,位居前10位恶性肿瘤发病病例占全部新发恶性肿瘤病例的77.94%;因恶性肿瘤死亡703例,死亡率为175.06/10万,中标死亡率为99.79/10万,男性中标死亡率高于女性,位居前10位恶性肿瘤死亡病例占全部恶性肿瘤死亡病例的85.91%。结论:消化道癌、肺癌、宫颈癌等发病率和死亡率均较高,是需要重点防控的恶性肿瘤。OBJECTIVE The incidence and death of malignant tumors in Huining county,Gansu province in 2018 were ana⁃lyzed.METHODS According to the registration data of malignant tumors,the incidence and mortality of malignant tumors in Huining county,the incidence and death composition of the main types of cancer were analyzed,and the rate of bid incidence(death)was cal⁃culated.RESULTS In 2018,there were 1237 new cases of malignant tumors in Huining County,the incidence was 308.03/105 and the winning rate was 198.44/105.The incidence rate of men was higher than that of women,and the top 10 cases of malignant tumors accounted for 77.94%of all new malignant tumor cases;703 deaths,the death rate was 99.79/105,and the top 10 cases of males ac⁃counted for 85.91%of all death cases of malignant tumors.CONCLUSION Digestive tract cancer,lung cancer,cervical cancer and other high incidence and mortality,are malignant tumors that need to focus on prevention and control.
