摘 要:目的:了解40~60岁女性10年后骨密度复查情况及对骨质疏松症相关知识的认知程度,为骨质疏松症社区防治提供参考。方法:2021年6月—2022年2月,通过电话对2012年随机抽取的上海市浦东新区北蔡社区3个居委的422名40~60岁女性常住居民进行随访,共有299人愿意接受骨密度复查及骨质疏松症相关知识调查。结果:299名调查者中,共检出骨量异常者211人,占70.5%。调查对象对体重过低、吸烟、酗酒易患骨质疏松症及服用维生素D可预防骨质疏松症的知晓率分别为27.1%、38.5%、42.5%和31.4%。结论:北蔡社区40~60岁女性10年后同意接受骨密度复查的女性占比偏低,对骨质疏松症相关危险因素的认识不足。基层医疗卫生机构应加强对40~60岁女性居民骨质疏松症相关知识的宣传教育力度,积极完善双能X线骨密度测定仪的配置,为居民提供便捷的骨密度检查服务,从而实现骨质疏松症的早发现、早治疗。OBJECTIVE To investigate the willingness of bone mineral density(BMD)re-examination in women aged at 40~60 and their knowledge of osteoporosis after 10 years,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in the community.METHODS 422 female residents aged at 40~60 who were selected from three residential committees of our community 10 years ago were followed up by telephone to understand their willingness to BMD.They were asked the reasons if they refused.They were asked to conduct osteoporosis knowledge questionnaire and BMD if they agreed to accept BMD.RESULTS 299 subjects agreed to take BMD and questionnaires.Among them,211(70.5%)had abnormal bone mass.They had a low awareness rate of smok⁃ing,drinking,low body weight easily osteoporosis and taking vitamin D can to prevent osteoporosis,46 cases refused to be examined.Among the reasons for refusal,the largest proportion were reluctance to come to the hospital due to COVID-19 epidemic,lack of time to take care of children and the elderly,and long distance from the examination hospital.CONCLUSION In the community,the proportion of women aged at 40~60 who were willing to retest BMD after 10 years was low,and they had insufficient knowledge of risk factors about osteoporosis.The health knowledge of osteoporosis needed to be popularized,and the dual-energy X-ray BMD de⁃tector also needed to be reasonably configured in primary medical institutions.
