针灸辅助治疗混合型颈椎病效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸辅助治疗混合型颈椎病的效果。方法:将2019年3月—2022年3月上海市静安区中医医院收治的90例混合型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为A组(n=30)、B组(n=30)和C组(n=30)。A组采用针灸辅助治疗,B组采用电针辅助治疗,C组采用消栓通络胶囊辅助治疗。比较3组的临床疗效、症状改善情况、椎—基底动脉平均血流速度、满意度与生活质量。结果:与B组、C组比较,A组的总有效率、满意度更高;与治疗前相比,治疗后3组的症状改善情况、各维度评分以及总分、椎—基底动脉平均血流速度、生活质量评分上升;治疗后A组的症状改善情况、椎—基底动脉平均血流速度、生活质量评分高于B组、C组;治疗后B组的症状改善情况、椎—基底动脉平均血流速度、生活质量评分高于C组。结论:针灸辅助治疗混合型颈椎病临床效果明显,可提高症状改善效果,改善椎—基底动脉平均血流速度,提升患者满意度和生活质量。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on patients with mixed cervical spondylosis.METHODS 90 patients with mixed cervical spondylosis collected by Shanghai Jing’an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medi⁃cine from March of 2019 to March of 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into group A(n=30),group B(n=30)and group C(n=30)according to a simple random number table.Group A was treated with acupuncture,group B was treated with elec⁃troacupuncture,and group C was treated with Xiaoshuan Tongluo Capsule.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement,mean blood flow velocity of vertebral basilar artery,satisfaction and quality of life of the three groups were compared.RESULTS Compared with group B and group C,group A had higher overall efficiency and satisfaction.After treatment,the symptom improvement scores of all dimensions and total scores,average blood flow velocity of vertebral basilar artery,and quality of life scores of the three groups in⁃creased compared with those before treatment.After treatment,the symptom improvement,mean blood flow velocity of vertebral basi⁃lar artery and quality of life scores in group A were higher than those in group B and C.After treatment,the symptom improvement,mean blood flow velocity of vertebral basilar artery and quality of life score in group B were higher than those in group C.CONCLU⁃SION Acupuncture and moxibustion has obvious clinical effect on patients with mixed cervical spondylosis,which can improve the symptoms,average blood flow velocity of vertebral basilar artery,satisfaction and quality of life.
