自助值机技术对机场航站楼功能区划影响研究

摘　　要：随着智慧出行技术的快速发展和广泛应用,旅客出行的选择随之倾向于使用自助服务,自助值机的应用对机场航站楼功能区划所产生的影响已成为规划设计人员和机场管理者关注的问题。自助值机技术对旅客在航站楼内的行为轨迹和空间分布产生较大影响,为提升航站楼空间利用率,将逐年递增的网络值机旅客分流,对机场航站楼功能区做出适度调整。研究表明:约有21.8%的网络值机旅客不经过值机区而直接前往安检区,经计算后将值机区面积减少20.1%,增加安检通道数量,调整值机设施设备布局,通过仿真验证后发现可有效提升出发厅运行效率。该项成果可以为航站楼功能区规划设计或者运行阶段功能区调整提供依据。With the rapid development and widespread application of intelligent travel technology,passengers’travel choices have tended to use self-service.The impact of the application of self-service check-in on the functional zoning of airport terminals has become a concern for planners and airport managers.Self check-in technology has a significant impact on the behavior trajectory and spatial distribution of passengers in the terminal.To improve the space utilization rate of the terminal,an increasing number of online check-in passengers will be diverted year by year,and appropriate adjustments will be made to the functional areas of the airport terminal.Research shows that about 21.8%of network check-in passengers go directly to the security inspection area without passing through the check-in area.After calculation,the area of the check-in area is reduced by 20.1%,the number of security inspection channels is increased,and the layout of check-in facilities and equipment is adjusted.Through simulation verification,it is found that it can effectively improve the operational efficiency of the departure hall.This achievement can provide a basis for the planning and design of the functional area of the terminal or for the adjustment of the functional area during the operation phase.
