摘  要:从解决中国小基站设备商目前国产基带小站基带芯片可用的问题出发,文章结合白盒子微电子公司自研商用4G&.5G小基站基带芯片OC8010项目,首先分析了该项目的背景与概况,然后介绍了该基带芯片的整体架构,并详细分析片上关键子系统的设计以及关键功能性能参数,最后还分析了其可靠性相关的设计。目前,该芯片的设计、开发、验证等均实现了预期目标,各项工作得以顺利开展。In order to solve the problem of the availability of dom estic base band baseband chips for small base sta tion equipment manufacturers in China,this paper first analyzes the background and overview of the project,and then introduces the overall architecture of the baseband chip,and analyzes in detail the design of key subsystems and key functional performance parameters on the chip,in combination with the commercial 4G&.5G baseband chip OC8010 project independently developed by W hite Box Microelectronics.Finally,the design related to reliability is analyzed.At present,the design,development and verification of the chip have achieved the expected goals,and all work has been carried out smoothly.
