摘　　要：针对实践过程中流程不明晰、制度保障不足、技术支撑待提升等难题,在综合分析政务数据与空间数据集成应用的基础上,提出了一套集工作职责、工作流程、保障措施、技术支撑于一体的机制,并在佛山市顺德区进行了应用实践,实现了全区政务数据与地理空间数据的持续共享和融合集成,有力支撑了智慧城市建设,取得了良好的应用效果。In view of the problems of unclear process,insufficient institutional guarantee and technical support to be improved in the practice process,based on the analysis of government data and spatial data integration application,we carried out a set of mechanisms integrating job responsibilities,workflow,guarantee measures and technical support,and applied it in Shunde District of Foshan City.The application practice has realized the continuous sharing and integration of government data and geospatial data in the whole district,which has strongly supported the construction of smart cities and achieved good application results.
