摘　　要：针对用户身体数据监测的准确性和居家健身无专业指导等问题,设计了一款基于智能物联网技术的智能家居健身监测仪。仪器可测量人体身高、体重、心率、心电和身体质量指数等多项人体体质数据,并将这些数据传输到单片机进行处理,通过WiFi模块将各项数据传输到用户手机App显示。仪器还具有摄像头检测健身动作、语音播报和按键功能,可监测用户健身时的动作是否标准,并实时播报各项人体体质数据,起到提示用户身体各项数据的作用。此外,仪器的消毒模块为多人共享提供了卫生安全保障。该仪器外观结构紧凑、可伸缩折叠、节省空间、实用性强,具有广阔的应用前景。In view of the accuracy of the monitoring data of the users and the lack of professional guidance for home fitness,a smart home fitness monitor based on intelligent Internet of Things technology is designed.The instrument can measure a number of human body physique data such as height,weight,heart rate,ECG and body mass index,and transmit the data to the microcontroller for processing and to the user's mobile App through the WiFi module to display.The instrument also has the functions of detecting actions with the camera,voice broadcasting and key pressing,which can monitor whether the actions of users are standard,and broadcast various physical data in real time,thus playing the role of reminding users of various physical data.In addition,the disinfection module of the instrument provides hygienic safety for multi-person sharing.The instrument is compact in appearance,flexible in folding,space-saving,practical and has a broad application prospects.
