摘 要:医学高等院校肩负着人才培养的重要使命,培养具有科研创新能力的综合性人才已成为现代医学高等教育的重要任务。在健康中国建设的大背景下,公共卫生人才队伍建设的重要性愈发凸显。通过对导师制、本科生成长陪伴计划、创新实践班等科研创新思维培养模式进行探讨,并结合苏州大学苏州医学院预防医学本科生实践体会展开论述。在不同的培养模式下本科生科研创新能力均有一定提高,但也存在制度不完善、与医学公共卫生人才培养结合不够紧密等不足。Medical universities shoulder the important mission of talent training,and cultivating comprehensive talents with scientific research and innovation ability has become an important task of modern medical higher education.In the context of the Healthy China Initiative the importance of public health team of talents construction has become more and more prominent.Thus,this paper discusses the training modes of innovative thinking of scientific research for undergraduates,including the tutorial system,growth accompanying program,innovationpractice-class and other training modes,combined with the practical experience of undergraduates of in Medical College of Soochow University.The results show that the scientific research and innovation ability of preventive medicine undergraduates has been improved to a certain extent under different talent training modes,but there are also some issues such as imperfect system and insufficient combination with public health talent training.
