摘  要:文章主要研究掺入不同长度和掺量的碳纤维对砂浆的导电性及微观形貌的影响,测试了导电砂浆3、7、28 d时的电阻率和28 d时的压敏性,通过SEM观察导电砂浆28 d时的微观形貌。导电性研究结果显示,碳纤维可以有效降低砂浆的电阻率,改善砂浆的压敏性。当碳纤维掺量为1.2%时,碳纤维砂浆的电阻率大幅降低。当碳纤维长度为4 mm时,掺0.8%碳纤维的导电砂浆压敏性最佳;当碳纤维长度为6 mm时,掺0.4%碳纤维的导电砂浆压敏性最佳。微观形貌研究结果显示,当碳纤维掺量较少时,碳纤维之间的相互搭接较少,电阻率较高;当碳纤维掺量较多时,碳纤维之间的相互搭接增加,电阻率降低。This research mainly studies the effect of carbon fibers with different lengths and contents on the electrical conductivity and micro-morphology of the mortar,tests the electrical resistivity of conductive mortar at 3,7 and 28 d and the pressure sensitivity at 28 d,and observes the microstructure of conductive mortar at 28 d by SEM.The study shows that carbon fiber can effectively reduce the resistivity of mortar and improve its pressure sensitivity.When the content of carbon fiber is 1.2%,the resistivity of carbon fiber mortar is greatly reduced.When the carbon fiber length is 4 mm,the conductive mortar mixed with 0.8%carbon fiber has the best pressure sensitivity;when the carbon fiber length is 6 mm,the conductive mortar mixed with 0.4%carbon fiber has the best pressure sensitivity.The results of the micro-morphology study reveal that when the carbon fiber content is low,the overlap between carbon fibers is less,and the resisti vity is higher;when the carbon fiber content is high,the overlap between carbon fibers increases and the resistivity decreases.
