大直径筒仓立柱式钢支撑桁架体系施工分析

摘　　要：大直径筒仓立柱式钢支撑桁架体系具有结构复杂、技术含量高、施工质量要求高等特点。文章以中央储备粮辽东湾直属库建仓项目二期为依托,针对立柱式钢支撑桁架体系施工中存在的问题进行分析。分析结果表明:在立柱式钢支撑桁架体系施工中,把控好塔节组对安装质量和仓顶桁架安装质量,以及严格按照规范要求开展模板、钢筋、混凝土施工,可有效确保施工质量。Large diameter silo column steel support truss system has the characteristics of complex structure,high technical content and high construction quality requirements.Based on the second phase of Liaodong Bay Direct Warehouse construction project of Central Grain Reserve,this paper analyzes the pro-blems existing in the construction of column steel support truss system.The result shows that in the construction of the column steel support truss system,the construction quality can be effectively ensured by controlling the installation quality of the tower group and the installation quality of the bin roof truss,as well as carrying out the construction of formwork,steel bar and concrete in strict accordance with the specifications.
