龙云统治时期云南地方金融近代化的文化窠臼

摘　　要：云南在龙云统治时期地方金融变动不断,虽有符合近代化历史发展要求的银行和货币改革,但效果似乎都不明显且极易反复,金融变动呈现出明显的无序性。阻碍云南地方金融向近代化发展的重要原因是文化因素的影响,这种影响在很大程度上违背了社会经济的发展需要。文化因素影响金融的具体表现在地方统治者的执政取向、央地博弈、民众社会生活风俗三个方面。其对金融影响的表现既具备鲜明的地域性、民族性特征,又集中地体现了全国性的一般状况。运用制度经济学和文化经济学的相关理论对其进行考察,可以揭示出:要实现金融货币近代化转型,文化层面的改造至关重要。The local finances in Yunnan under the rule of Long Yun was constantly changing,although there were banking and monetary reforms that met the requirements of the development of modern history,the effects seemed to be insignificant and unstable,and financial changes showed obvious disorder.The main factors restricting the modernization of Yunnan finance was the culture at the time,which went against the needs of social and economic development to a large extent.The influence of cultural factors on finance was manifested in three aspects:the orientations of local rulers,the game between central and local governments,and the social life customs of the people.Its influence on finance not only had distinct regional and national characteristics,but also concentrated on the general situation of the whole country.Related theories in institutional economy and cultural economy reveal that the reformation at the cultural level is crucial to the transformation of financial and monetary modernization.
