民族旅游村寨居民的日常休闲变迁及其影响因素——以贵州肇兴侗寨为例

摘　　要：休闲是民族旅游村寨居民日常生活的重要构成部分,也是村寨旅游发展的主要吸引物,但当前鲜有对旅游发展下民族旅游村寨居民日常休闲变迁展开系统的研究。本文以贵州肇兴侗寨为例,采用观察法及访谈法等质性研究方法对村寨居民日常休闲变迁及影响因素展开研究,研究发现:(1)肇兴侗寨居民日常休闲时间、休闲空间、休闲内容、休闲意识在旅游发展三阶段均发生了不同程度的变迁:旅游起步期,是集体无意识传承与积淀的“自发为我型”休闲;旅游增长期,是囿于村寨旅游发展目的的“自愿为他型”休闲;旅游提质转型期,呈现旅游引发的传统与现代,地方与外来矛盾交织调适的“自发自愿为我为他型”休闲。(2)民族旅游村寨居民休闲变迁是多元主体基于村寨旅游发展共同作用的结果,其中政府引导是首要的推动力、游客示范是客观的外在因素、本地居民休闲需求是主观的内生力量。(3)为了实现传统与现代、本土与外来休闲的均衡融合发展,提出提升居民休闲获得感、打造主客共享式休闲、营造和谐共融休闲场域的管理建议。研究对助推民族旅游村寨居民美好休闲生活的均衡化发展及民族村寨旅游由生计到福祉的可持续发展均具有价值意蕴。Leisure is not only an important part of the daily life of residents in ethnic tourism villages,but also the main attraction of village tourism development.However,there are few systematic studies on the daily leisure changes of residents in ethnic tourism villages under the development of tourism.This paper takes the Dong Village in Zhaoxing of Guizhou province as the research object,and adopts the qualitative research methods such as observation method and interview method to study the daily leisure changes and influencing factors of the village residents.The empirical study has cast light on a series of arguments and findings:(1)The daily leisure time,leisure space,leisure content and leisure consciousness of the residents of Zhaoxing Dong Village have all changed to varying degrees in the three stages of tourism development:it is the"spontaneous leisure for me"because of collective unconscious inheritance and accumulation in the initial period of tourism;it is the"voluntary leisure for other"confined to the purpose of village tourism development in tourism growth period;it is the"spontaneous and voluntary leisure for me and others"that is intertwined the adjustment and contradictions of traditional and modern,local and foreign caused by tourism in the period of tourism quality improvement and transformation.(2)The leisure change of residents in ethnic tourism villages is the result of the joint effect of multiple subjects based on the development of village tourism,among which government guidance is the primary driving force,tourist demonstration is the objective external factor,and the leisure demand of local residents is the subjective endogenous force.In order to realize the balanced and integrated development of traditional and modern,local and foreign leisure,the management suggestions are put forward to enhance the residents'sense of leisure gain,create a shared leisure between hosts and guests,and create a harmonious and integrated leisure field.The research has valuable implications for promoting the
