摘  要:采用水热法和溶胶-凝胶法成功制备CdSe/ZnS(QDs)/TiO_(2)复合物,并通过紫外吸收光谱、荧光光谱和哈达玛荧光变换成像等手段进一步证明其组分和结构.运用微量热法研究了CdSe/ZnS(QDs)/TiO_(2)复合物对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,S.aureus)的抑制行为,揭示其抑菌的作用机制及其相关热力学规律.检测了S.aureus代谢生长热谱图,根据热动力学函数得到S.aureus生长速率常数(k)、传代时间(t G)、最大产热功率(Pm)、抑制率(I)等热动力学参数.研究表明CdSe/ZnS(QDs)/TiO_(2)复合物对S.aureus抑制作用强于TiO_(2),且随着浓度的增加,抑制效果更加显著,说明CdSe/ZnS(QDs)/TiO_(2)复合物对S.aureus有良好的抑制行为.CdSe/ZnS(QDs)/TiO_(2)composite was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method and sol-gel method,and its components and structure were further confirmed by UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,and Hamamatsu fluorescence imaging.The inhibitory behavior of CdSe/ZnS(QDs)/TiO_(2)composite on Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus)was investigated using microcalorimetry,revealing its antibacterial mechanism and related thermodynamic laws.The metabolic growth thermogram of S.aureus was detected,and the thermodynamic parameters such as the growth rate constant(k),the passage time(t G),the maximum heat production rate(P m),and the inhibition rate(I)were obtained based on the thermodynamic functions.The results showed that CdSe/ZnS(QDs)/TiO_(2)composite had a stronger inhibitory effect on S.aureus than TiO_(2),and the inhibitory effect became more significant with increasing concentration,indicating that CdSe/ZnS(QDs)/TiO_(2)composite exhibited good inhibitory behavior against S.aureus.
