摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代以来,随着全面建成小康社会目标的实现,我国已经到了扎实推动共同富裕的历史阶段。当代信息技术的发展带来生产力、生产方式的变革,形成流量经济这一新经济形态。流量经济具有数字化、平台化、共享化、空间化等理论特质,与共同富裕价值取向具有内在的契合性,经济建设实践中流量经济发展是新时代扎实推动共同富裕的重要抓手,中国特色社会主义制度为流量经济服务于共同富裕进程发挥着保障性作用。综观理论契合、实践促进、制度保障三个维度,规范发展流量经济对于实现共同富裕具有重要意义。As the socialism with Chinese characteristics entered a new era,and the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way has been realized,China has reached a historical stage of promoting common prosperity.The changes in productivity and production mode brought by the development of contemporary information technology ushered in a new economic form of flow economy,which features digitalization,platforming,sharing and spacalization,and is inherently compatible with the value orientation of common prosperity.In the practice of economic construction,the development of flow economy is an important starting point for promoting common prosperity in the new era.The socialist system with Chinese characteristics plays a guarantee role for the flow economy to serve the process of common prosperity.Judging from the three aspects of theory,practice and system,to standardize the development of flow economy is of great significance to achieving common prosperity.
