摘　　要：科技情报工作是科研院所不可或缺的组成部分,是科研工作的有力帮手、科技创新的催化剂。针对当前“信息过载,情报稀缺”、情报信息与项目需求无法精准对接的现状,文章总结了某科研院所以“服务科研,启迪科研”为目标,通过情报+信息化、情报+编辑出版、动态情报+专题情报、主动推送情报+对接项目需求情报等途径,大力改革科技情报工作流程,创新工作举措,融入科研项目,助力科研创新,构建科技情报服务体系的创新做法和实施成效。Science and technology information research is an indispensable part of research institutes and catalyst for scientific innovation.Based on the goal of“serve the scientific research and inspire the scientific innovation”,the scientific and technical information team in China Ship Scientific Research Center has developed a science and technology information service framework,by means of integration of information and informatization,information and publication,dynamic/current information and thematic information,etc.The above efforts have been taken for years and proven to be effective in reforming the working process of science and technology information.The science and technology information research has found its way to integrate into scientific research projects,and promote scientific research innovation.
