摘　　要：文章以SQ高校应对疫情重大突发风险防控为切入点,探讨大学社区韧性理论的内涵及构成。经研究,以组织韧性、文化韧性、治理韧性、空间韧性、数字韧性为构成的大学社区韧性理论是高校校园安全体系应对各种突发事件的较好方案,为进一步健全与优化高校应急管理体系提供了有效参考和理论基础。此外,SQ高校校园安全体系建设应加强建设校地联动空间治理体系,完善高校的组织管理体系,构建数字化的校园安全教育体系等多项措施并举,综合提升高校公共安全治理能力。This article explores the understanding of the connotation and composition of the theory of resilience of university communities based on the prevention and control of major outbreak risks in SQ Universities.After research,the university community resilience theory,which is composed of organizational resilience,cultural resilience,governance resilience,spatial resilience,and digital resilience,is a better solution for the campus security system to respond to various emergencies,providing effective reference and theoretical basis for further improving and optimizing the emergency management system in universities.In addition,the construction of campus safety system in SQ University should strengthen the construction of a school-land linkage spatial governance system,improve the organizational management system of colleges and universities,build a digital campus safety education system,and other measures to comprehensively improve the public safety governance ability of colleges and universities.
