摘　　要：文章阐述了公共图书馆的公益性与社会功能特性决定了其服务弱势群体的职责与义务,并且做好公共图书馆弱势群体信息服务工作不仅有助于改善弱势群体的精神文化世界,更有利于引导弱势群体自立自强,对维护社会和谐稳定有着深远的意义与影响。然而,由于各种因素的限制,当前公共图书馆的弱势群体信息服务中仍存在或多或少的问题,如服务缺乏创新性、社会力量联合不足等,制约了公共图书馆的信息服务水平,有悖于弱势群体日益增长的阅读文化需要。This article expounds the public welfare and social functional characteristics of public libraries,which determine their responsibilities and obligations to serve vulnerable groups.Doing a good job in information services for vulnerable groups in public libraries not only helps to improve the spiritual and cultural world of vulnerable groups,but also helps guide vulnerable groups to become self-reliant and have far-reaching significance and impact on maintaining social harmony and stability.However,due to various factors,there are still more or less problems in the current information services for vulnerable groups in public libraries,such as the lack of innovation in services,insufficient unity of social forces,etc,which restrict the level of information services in public libraries and run counter to the growing reading cultural needs of vulnerable groups.
