摘　　要：相对传统金融,区块链金融凭借其自身独有的优势已经成为助推实体经济发展的有效途径,海南自由贸易港建设也需要以区块链技术助力金融领域的变革,推动经济高质量发展。文章通过总结海南区块链金融发展现状,分析其对实体经济的影响效应,剖析海南区块链金融存在的问题,最终从规范区块链程序编写、构建多元化的监管体系、创新应用场景、培养区块链金融人才4个维度提出了海南省区块链金融发展的对策建议。Compared with the traditional finance,blockchain finance,with its unique advantages,has become an effective way to boost the development of the real economy.The construction of Hainan Free Trade Port also needs to use blockchain technology to help the reform of the financial sector and promote high-quality economic development.By summarizing the current situation of the development of blockchain finance in Hainan,analyzing its impact on the real economy,and analyzing the existing problems of blockchain finance in Hainan,the article finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of blockchain finance in Hainan from four dimensions:standardizing the preparation of blockchain procedures,building a diversified regulatory system,innovating application scenarios,and cultivating blockchain financial talents.
