摘 要:顶升侧移式舱盖结构简单,操作便利,广泛应用于各型散货船,但散货船复杂恶劣的工作环境经常会对舱盖运行造成损坏。文章对某型20.8万吨散货船舱盖顶升时卡死,导致舱盖无法打开的原因进行了分析,根据故障原因提出在液压顶升回路中设置节流孔板的方案,利用其节流调速原理增加油缸顶升的同步性。阐述了节流孔板的型式选择及孔径的计算方法,解决了舱盖顶升系统不同步导致舱盖卡死,无法打开的问题,增强了舱盖使用的可靠性。Jacking side moving hatch covers are widely used in various types of bulk carriers due to their simple structure and convenient operation.However,the complex and harsh working environment of bulk carriers often causes damage to the operation of hatch covers.This article analyzes the cause of the hatch cover of a 208000 t bulk cargo ship sticking during jacking,resulting in the hatch cover being unable to be opened.Based on the cause of the failure,a scheme of installing a throttle orifice in the hydraulic jacking circuit is proposed,using its throttle speed regulation principle to increase the synchronization of the cylinder jacking.The type selection and calculation method of orifice diameter are described.The problem of the hatch cover being stuck and unable to be opened due to the unsynchronization of the hatch cover lifting system has been solved,enhancing the reliability of the hatch cover in use.
