摘　　要：支付体系是重要的金融基础设施,也是提高欠发达地区农村金融服务可获得性有效途径。本文以广西为例,深入分析了欠发达地区农村支付体系建设存在的问题及其制约因素,运用演化博弈模型研究了欠发达地区农村支付体系建设困境及治理的微观机制,在此基础上提出了改善欠发达地区农村支付服务环境建设的政策建议。The payment system is an important financial infrastructure and an effective way to improve the availability of rural financial services in underdeveloped areas.Taking Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the problems and constraints during the construction of rural payment system in underdeveloped areas,uses the evolutionary game model to study the difficulties and the micro-mechanism of governance during the construction of rural payment system in underdeveloped areas,and puts forward polic1y suggestions to improve the construction of rural payment service environment in underdeveloped areas.
