摘　　要：解决气候变化带来的深刻问题和向环保经济的转型是确保社会可持续增长中需要解决的难题。IPCC(政府间气候变化专门委员会)警告称,当前全球变暖情况已经非常严重,随着地球平均温度的进一步上升,异常气候将会进一步增加,生态系统会变得更加不稳定,人类活动将进一步受到制约。在面临气候变化带来的国内外经济环境及金融系统变化的形势下,中央银行应起到的作用、制定的应对方案值得关注。目前我国央行应对气候变化正处于起步阶段,本文通过介绍主要国家央行应对气候变化的举措,特别是对韩国央行的应对措施进行深入分析,从中找出对我国央行应对气候变化的启示。Solving the profound problems of climate change and the transition to an environmentally friendly economy are issues that need to be addressed in order to ensure the sustainable growth of our society.IPCC warns that global warming is already very serious.In the future,with the further rise of the average temperature of the earth,abnormal climate will increase,ecosystems will be unstable,and human activities will be restricted.At present,my country's central bank's measures to deal with climate change are in its infancy.This article introduces the South Korean central bank's measures to deal with climate change,and on the basis of sorting out development experience,finds enlightenment for my country's central bank to deal with climate change.
