摘　　要：加强辖区支付清算系统业务连续性管理,维护清算系统安全稳定运行是基层央行的一项重要工作,对防范支付风险、维护金融稳定具有重要意义。延边州中支工作中发现村镇银行在清算系统风险防控、突发事件处置、日常管理等方面存在一定程度的风险。为防范和化解风险,本文对州内村镇银行清算系统业务管理情况进行了整理和分析,进而提出工作改进建议和意见。Strengthening the business continuity management of the payment and clearing system in the jurisdiction and maintaining the safe and stable operation of the clearing system is an important work of the grassroots central bank,which is of great significance to prevent payment risks and maintain financial stability.In the work of Yanbian Sub branch,it was found that rural banks had some risks in risk prevention and control of clearing system,emergency disposal,daily management,etc.In order to prevent and resolve risks,this paper collates and analyzes the business management of the clearing system of rural banks in the prefecture,and then puts forward suggestions and opinions for improvement.
