阿富汗的国名构成与政治重建

摘　　要：回顾阿富汗的政治变迁史,一个有趣的现象是,阿富汗在政局动荡过后的政治重建往往与国名变更相伴而生。针对这种现象,对于阿富汗的政治重建可以提出假设:国名的构成是阿富汗政治重建过程中指导原则的缩影,可以通过对国名构成要素的分析,概略地认识政治重建的导向。基于上述假设可以得出一个猜想:阿富汗的政治重建与国名构成之间存在着密切的联系,通过对国名进行分析有助于对历史上阿富汗政治重建的成果做出解释,并对其正在进行的政治重建结果做出合理的预测。为验证关于阿富汗的政治重建与国名构成之间关系的猜想,对阿富汗人民民主党执政时期和美国支持的资产阶级民主政治时期进行了历史性分析,回顾了这两个历史时期国名的构成以及政治重建目标与结果。最后,根据“阿富汗伊斯兰埃米尔国”这一名称中的诸要素,对当前塔利班主导的阿富汗政治重建进行了展望。Looking back at the history of regime changes in Afghanistan,an interesting phenomenon is that Afghanistan's political reconstruction after political turmoils is often accompanied by re-naming the country.In terms of this phenomenon,this paper hypothesizes that re-naming the country is the epitome in the process of Afghanistan's political reconstruction and an analysis of the composition of the country's name can generally tell how the country is politically reconstructed.One may assume that a close connection exists between the political reconstruction of Afghanistan and the composition of the country's name.The analysis of the country's name helps to explain the results of the political reconstruction of Afghanistan in history and to make a reasonable prediction of the results of the ongoing political reconstruction.To test this hypothesis,this paper made a historical analysis of the period of the Afghan People's Democratic Party in power and the US-backed bourgeois-democratic political period.It also reviewed the composition of the country's name and the goals and results of political reconstruction in these two historical periods.Finally,this paper,in light of the elements in the name of"The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan",envisioned the current Taliban-led political reconstruction in Afghanistan.
